The challenge

To create the identity and launch comms for a cutting-edge, ESG-focussed commercial building in the heart of Edinburgh’s West End. 

Our solution

Post Covid, the world of work has changed fundamentally. To attract people back to the office, we knew that instead of simply selling a building, we must focus on selling a whole new approach to work itself. One that prioritises comfort, wellbeing and motivation. 

Working closely with our clients Savills, CBRE and Stamford Properties, as well as 7N Architects, we positioned NEW YARDS as a building “literally built from the ground up, with a new age of work in mind.” A groundbreaking approach summed up in the line: Work a new way. 

The results

Delighted clients, selling agents and architects. The vision is set, interest has been sparked, and conversations with potential occupiers are currently taking place. Watch this space…
